How I Can Help
My primary goal in working with anyone I serve in individual therapy is to meet you right where you are, provide a safe space for you to be who you are, and speak to you as honestly and directly as I can about what I see. I am not in the practice of advice-giving. I don't have one way of doing therapy that has a proven formula for success. My approach is very individualized and half the time, you may not even know exactly what's happening. However, with a commitment to the process, a willingness to not know, and openness to speaking to your truth and your feelings no matter what they are, in time you will be caught off-guard with the changes you will observe within yourself and how you relate to the world.
